Opawaho Trust

Opawaho Trust is dedicated to developing youth in South East Christchurch. Currently, our youth workers work in local schools, run Koru Youth, coach sports, assist with school and homework, run music lessons and provide leadership opportunities to local teenagers. Our Youth Workers care immensely about the development of youth in our local community. We want to see people grow up to meet their potential and as such we try to give them all the opportunities we are able to. Through mentoring, hanging out, tutoring, coaching, teaching and involving them in the community.

Koru After School Club is open on Wednesday’s for any school aged children. Come along to get help with your homework. Computers and internet access available.
